All products in our store are made to order through our production partner. Because of this, our return policy is structured as follows:

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer replacements/refunds for items that are:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

2. Return & Claim Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo evidence of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

3. Return Shipping

In approved cases, you are not required to return the item. We may request additional information before processing your request.

4. Fulfillment Transparency

All orders are fulfilled by our production partners. In eligible cases, we submit a claim on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
